Thanks for stopping by our site! I’m Tracy Garza and I grew up in beautiful San Diego. After moving to Orange County and Los Angeles for college and work, San Diego called me back in 1998. It’s been home ever since, besides being stationed for 5 years in Guantanamo Bay and San Antonio. My last career before landing in real estate was in the flooring/interior design business, and my genuine interest and experience has helped benefit both buyers and sellers.

Jesse is originally from the Houston, Texas area and is a retired Navy veteran. He served for 24 years and retired in 2015 as a Chief Hospital Corpsman. While stationed in Japan in the late 90s, he accompanied a patient here and it became his goal to make San Diego his next duty station. It happened, and he went on to work at Balboa Naval Hospital for 6 years.

We were licensed in real estate the very same day and have worked as a team for 9+ years. Jesse also earned his broker associate license in 2022. As a husband/wife team, we bring our own individual strengths and with two of us, our availability for clients is doubled. We’ve also bought and sold, so we understand the ins and outs on a very personal level.
